Your time is sacred. So is mine. These terms exist to protect the energetic container of our work together — and ensure mutual respect.

⏳ Reschedules & Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable.

If you miss your session or arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment is forfeited and must be rebooked at full price.

❌ No-Shows & Lateness

There is a 10-minute grace window for all live sessions.

If you’re later than 10 minutes, your session is cancelled and non-refundable.

No-shows will not be refunded, rescheduled, or credited.

⚠️ Emergency Exceptions

Life happens. If you’re dealing with a genuine emergency (medical, crisis, etc.), reach out.
At my discretion, I may offer a one-time reschedule — but this is a courtesy, not a guarantee.
