Please read before securing your session. This is sacred time—yours and mine.

To maintain energetic integrity and respect for all clients, the following terms are non-negotiable. Booking a session confirms your agreement.

⚠️ Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session are non-refundable.

You may reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance—anything later forfeits your spot.

No exceptions are made for forgetfulness, change of plans, or indecision.

⏳ Lateness & No-Shows

You have a 10-minute grace window. After that, the portal closes: your session is cancelled and non-refundable.

No-shows will not be refunded, rescheduled, or credited.

If you miss your appointment, you’ll need to rebook at full price—no apologies, no exceptions.

🕯 Respecting Time, Energy & Ritual Space

I hold sacred space for every single session—late arrivals and repeat reschedules disrupt not only my energy but other clients' opportunities to receive.

If you develop a pattern of late cancellations, ghosting, or time disrespect, I reserve the right to decline future bookings.

❗Emergency Exceptions

Emergencies happen. If you're facing something serious (hospital, family crisis, etc.), contact me ASAP.

At my discretion, I may offer a one-time reschedule—but this is a rare courtesy, not a guarantee.

✦ Spiritual Integrity Clause ✦

I do not tolerate entitlement, abusive behavior, or manipulation masked as “urgency.” If your energy feels unsafe or disrespectful, I reserve the right to refuse service and issue a refund minus processing fees—especially in cases of spiritual boundary violation.

🔐 No Chargebacks, No Games

All services are final sale.

Attempted chargebacks or disputes will result in a permanent ban from future services, and if necessary, will be pursued legally.

You’re not purchasing a product—you’re booking sacred time, energetic labor, and access to years of spiritual expertise.
